Why Work with a Pricing Strategy Advisory (PSA)?

When it comes to buying and selling homes there is both an art and a science to determining appropriate list and offer prices. It’s a fascinating process and getting it right can make all the difference in bringing the right buyer in or standing out in a sea of offers.

Because my number one goal as a Realtor is to help my clients achieve their goals, earlier this year I obtained the nationally recognized Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification through the National Association of REALTORS. What does this mean for you, the consumer?

Let me tell you!

I now have even more access to enhanced tools, education, and expertise to determine the most accurate value for a home. I spent hours studying and learning knowledge and skills to select appropriate comparables and make accurate adjustments, guide sellers and buyers through the details of comparative market analyses and the underlying pricing principles that inform them, and interact effectively with appraisers.

Bottomline: working with a PSA takes the guesswork out of pricing, affording you the confidence that the home you buy or sell has the right price.

You’ve heard me say it before – I want each person I work with to feel confident in their decisions and I do that by making sure they are informed each step of the way. I take the data available to me along with my market knowledge and share it with you in a way that makes sense and helps you get to your final destination.

If you’re considering your next destination, head over here to start your search! I can’t wait to guide you home.
